I highly recommend working with Will Watson from SERVPRO of Southwest Raleigh. We had a backup in our plumbing that resulted in interior damage on two floors. Will Watson arrived the next morning and handled the job from start to finish. He was extremely detailed and did very clean work. We had just had a newborn, and they went above and beyond sealing off the damaged areas and removed all damaged material.

He also documented the entire process and communicated with my adjuster. Highly recommend.   

 

Will was exceptional with a flood we had in our master bath. He and his coworker (wish I could remember his name) came out and took such great care of our house. We have two small children so they went the extra mile to make sure there was minimal mess and dust. We so appreciated that.

All your employees were professional and explained everything to me in detail. Fred and Mike came out first and had to stay late into the evening to get everything set up in all 3 apartments that flooded. They were very helpful which I appreciated because I was very stressed. The next time Will Watson came by and he was excellent and helpful.

Came home from a late dinner to water running down our upstairs stairs in our 3-year-old house. SERVPRO was there in less than an hour and ripped up padding molding sheetrock and insulation and set up drying equipment. Service people were competent and friendly. This is my second experience with SERVPRO and both were amazing - highly recommend

A water main burst in the ceiling of my restaurant. Ryan and the crew arrived quickly and they immediately got to work clearing out wet materials that could be removed. They set up over 30 fans and dehumidifiers. They kept me updated continuously throughout the process. They worked like a well oiled machine. I was kept in the loop they worked directly with my insurance adjuster and made the process much less stressful than I expected. I rarely give 5 stars for any service but this company totally deserves it.

We have had a couple reps but Mr. Thomas Shelton really stood out. Due to covid we were short staffed an he waited so patiently while we looked for keys to units he would have to clean. Am just glad that every time he has come to our facility he has had the same attitude willing to help and listen. He is a great representative for SERVPRO.

Thomas and his crew showed up ready to get to business! He and his guys were so patient with my many questions and ever-changing requests and were so kind to my children who were so fascinated with their work. I will request to have Thomas if I should ever need SERVPRO’s services again, and you should too! Nothing better than feeling heard and valued after a flooded home!

We came home from the holidays to a leak in our house. Never a fun thing to deal with but SERVPRO was there within 45 minutes and took care of the problem. Cameron who was assigned to our job was very thorough and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend their services.

This company is great! They responded quickly and got right to work. Ryan walked me through the process very thoroughly. He made sure all my concerns were addressed and questions answered. The team was very professional.

SERVPRO was quick to come out after the water heater pipe dripped rusty water all over the laundry room. They mopped up the water and put fans in the room to dry it out. Bryan from SERVPRO came out the next day and gave us an estimate on the repair work. We ended up needing some minor plumbing work and the floor only needed a cleaning up. Bryan and his team took care of a neighbors house that had flood damage. I didn’t think the first floor was salvageable, with the extent of the damage, but they got to work right away and prevented any long term damage. I’ve been in the house since and you would never know the amount of damage that was there. The first floor looks like a model home. They did an amazing job! This is a great group of people. Not only do the care about the customer, but they care about each other. The owner are fully involved. The staff takes pride in their work and makes sure the job is done right from start to finish.

SERVPRO was recommended by our insurance company when our hot water heater leaked. They were quick to respond, efficient, and informative about the cleanup. The renovation was completed ahead of schedule. As with any project there were some blips, but they were quickly addressed. All contractors and subcontractors were professional and a pleasure to work with!

Sergio and Patrick and Bryan were great to work with. Kelly one of the co-owners picked up the call on a Sunday afternoon immediately jumped into action and had a team at my house in 45 minutes. Kelly Edwards went out of his way to help me when I had an emergency. I woke up to water coming down through my ceiling from the attic that was dripping down to both my first and second floors. My ceiling and floors were already being damaged so I needed to find someone to help quickly. It was a very last minute emergency and I knew the more the water leak kept coming down the more damage to my home by the minute. Mr Edwards was totally booked up but still went out of his way to stay on the phone with me and get another local person on the phone to help me. What a nice guy. He didn’t have to do that and had nothing to gain. I would definitely recommend this business as the owner seems to really care about people and want to help. Thank you again!!

Had damage from a water pipe break which required removal, remediation and reconstruction including replacement of a hardwood floor.
