When a storm rolls through there could be roof damage

This Apex, NC homeowner discovered brown water spots on the ceiling in a closet and within a day it fell in and the wet sheetrock crumbled easily to the touch. They called our office for help and we immediately sent out a team to assess the damage. Upon arrival we quickly knew there had to be roof damage. We found the source so the homeowner could call a roofer to repair the issue. We began to remove the damaged materials so that we could prevent secondary damage. The homeowner was thankful that we were able to find the source and prevent further damage to their home.
