It is important to do frequent supply line checks to ensure the valves are in good working condition.

This Raleigh, NC homeowner learned that faulty supply lines can cause major water damage when the line to their new washing machine cracked. The water flowed quickly throughout their home. When they called in our office staff advised they find the water shut off and turn off the water to minimize the damage. Once we arrived we were able to extract majority of the water from the affected area. Then we set up the proper drying equipment to ensure the area was completely dried.
